Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS:
We want you to love your Olive and Gold purchase, but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons (wrong size, color, etc.). We accept returns of items within 10 days of your purchase if the item is in original condition with tags still attached, for STORE CREDIT. Items on sale or clearance are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. To create a return, please email us at olivegoldclothing@gmail.com with your order number and subject line: request a return.
Simply, print and return this form to the address provided to receive store credit for qualifying items. Please do not send non-qualifying items as they will not be returned. We will issue you a code for the value of your original item as store credit within 5 business days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time as we can not guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of return as our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive during a sale, we are not be able to alter or cancel any orders after they have been placed. All items on sale or clearance are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Discounts CANNOT be applied to previously placed orders.
